To Order By Mail Or Fax :
  • Place your order on the web site and select "Payment Option" of Check or Money Order during checkout. Mail your payment to us and we'll ship your order after the bank approves your check.
  • If you wish, you can use your browser's 'Print' command to print our order form.
  • Fill out the printed order form.
  • Type or print clearly.
  • Include your daytime phone or fax number, in case there is a question about your order.
  • If you need additional space, photocopy or print another blank order form or use a blank sheet of paper.
  • Indicate your method of payment on the order form. We do not accept COD.
  • Add the appropriate shipping charges. If you mail in your order, use the shipping chart in the catalog or call in your order and just mail in your payment. You may also place your order on the web site and select Check or Money Order as your payment method. We'll keep your order on hold until your payment arrives.
  • If paying by check or money order, make it payable to The Sausage MakerTM, Inc in U.S. funds only.
  • Fax orders should include credit card number, expiration date and name of issuing bank.

 


 

Payment Policy :
Checks received with orders will be deposited upon receipt. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However back orders do occur. These items will be shipped as we receive them. We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping, which may cause a delay of up to 10 business days. There is a $20 service charge for returned checks.

Sales Tax :
New York residents must pay applicable sales tax.  Residents of Canada must pay applicable GST/PST.

Prices :
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct layout & printing errors. Quantities of some products may be limited, so don't delay. Current catalog prices supersede all previous prices.

Handling Charge :
All orders are assessed a handling charge of $2.95. The handling charge is used to cover our order preparation and packaging expenses.

Shipping Information :
If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday or the next business day. Ground Shipment: This is the most economical and efficient method for you. Depending on where you live, this can take up to ten days before receipt of delivery.

Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select Shipments :
Do you need your order extra fast? Express shipping is available*. The simplest way to see your choices is to put your items into our web site's shopping cart and use the "Calculate Shipping" feature. The available services and their costs are all displayed for you. If you need further assistance to determine shipping charges, call our order desk at (888)490-8525.
* No deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands customers, UPS air or international rates apply. Parcel Post or Priority Mail options may be more economical. As mentioned above for express shipping needs, the web site's "Calculate Shipping" option also works well for your area. Add the products you'd like to your shopping cart and the shipping calculator will give you exact rates for your location. If you prefer, our Order Desk can assist you in determining your best shipping option.

Customer Service representatives are here to help you weekdays 8:30am - 4:30pm EST. The Sausage MakerTM's Customer Service Department is designed to serve you, the customer. If you have an order inquiry or a problem upon receiving your merchandise, call us right away. Please have your customer number ready. Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery before calling for an order status.

 


 

Returned Merchandise :
We accept returned merchandise with prior approval and a return authorization number. If you are unhappy with one of our products, you have 30 days to return items from the date you receive them. Any merchandise returned to us must be unused, undamaged and in resaleable condition. All shipping charges are to be prepaid. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. We will not accept returns for Spices. We are NOT liable for any duties or tariffs on international returns.

 


 

Breakage or Damage :
Please report any breakage or damage to the carrier. Do not return damaged items to us without first contacting the carrier. We must receive notice of damaged goods within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to keep all packaging. UPS may not pay for damaged goods unless they can inspect the original package.

 


 

Warranties on Merchandise :
Products not manufactured by The Sausage Maker, Inc. are warranted by the manufacturer. Call the nearest service center if you have any questions on merchandise care. Neither The Sausage Maker nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse or alteration of merchandise.
If you call or write about defective merchandise, we must have the invoice number of the item.

 


 

Guarantee :
We guarantee all items in this catalog to be correctly described and suitable for the purpose mentioned and free of defects, but our sole liability is to accept the return of defective merchandise and refund the purchase price for a period of one year from date of purchase. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising from the use of the merchandise or for consequential damages. Due to the continuing efforts to improve our products, we reserve the right to make changes and to also discontinue models.The Sausage Maker shall not be held responsible for providing items required by specific local codes and/or regulations if these are not indicated at time of order.
